The next project to go from drawing board to groundbreaking is the first residential construction project, a mixed-use building to be built on East Main Street and Stratford Avenue and will feature 25,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and roughly 420 market-rate apartment units. Residential development will begin in 2023. This is only the first of many units to be built at Steelpointe Harbor.

BLD will begin Phase 1 of its residential development with supporting parking and retail. Residential construction will represent the first of the 1,500 residential units Steelpointe will create.
